How it works

You activate a $2,500 Growth Lane participation

You originate clients directly (open houses, listings, social, email, referrals)

Clients reserve directly through the official Zenova Flex Space page

You receive priority production access for the units you originate

Compensation

Net margin is calculated after direct fulfillment costs and any unit-specific expenses agreed in advance.

This structure applies to:

Your first 5 originated units, or

A 6-month window (whichever comes first)

After this initial window:

Compensation converts to 50% lower of the original commission, or

Transitions to standard affiliate terms after 12 months

Growth Lane Partner access is capped during Phase 1 to prevent overlap and protect partner performance.

If Zenova does not deliver the unit within 9 months of reservation, I may request a full refund or choose to remain in the production queue.
