Pro Dry Wash – Terms of Service & Customer Policy

Our Commitment: Pro Dry Wash is committed to providing a convenient, high-quality, waterless mobile detailing service that enhances and protects your vehicle. To ensure a flawless experience, please review our policies below.

1. Booking & Scheduling

Appointments: Bookings are made via our website, phone, or app. A confirmed time slot is required for

all services.

Punctuality: To maintain our schedule, we require access to your vehicle at the agreed-upon time and location. If you are delayed, please notify us immediately. Delays of over 15 minutes may result in

rescheduling.

Location: You must provide a safe, legal, and accessible location for us to perform the service (e.g., home driveway, office parking lot). We require a flat, shaded area whenever possible. We are not responsible for fines or violations related to your chosen location.

Vehicle Access: Please ensure the vehicle is unlocked at the scheduled time, or that a key/keyless entry code is provided. If we are unable to access the vehicle, it will be treated as a cancellation.

2. Vehicle Condition & Customer Preparation

Pre-Wash Condition: Our premium results depend on the starting condition of your vehicle. Heavily soiled vehicles with excessive mud, dirt, or contaminants may require a pre-wash deep cleaning at an additional charge, which we will discuss with you before starting.

Personal Belongings: Please remove all valuable and personal items from your vehicle before our arrival. Pro Dry Wash is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Vehicle Issues: Please inform us of any existing damage (e.g., dents, deep scratches, torn upholstery), mechanical issues, or special concerns prior to service commencement.

3. Service Scope & Limitations

Waterless Wash: Our eco-friendly method is highly effective for most light to moderate dirt. It is not a substitute for a traditional wash for vehicles caked in mud or heavy off-road debris or heavy birds dropping.

Paint Imperfections: While services like scratch polish significantly improve the appearance of light swirls and scratches, they are cosmetic enhancements. We cannot guarantee the complete removal of deep scratches, rock chips, or etched-in damage.

Older Vehicles / Compromised Paint: For vehicles with faded, oxidized, or brittle clear coats, we will exercise extreme care. However, we cannot be held liable for pre-existing paint failure that becomes apparent after cleaning.

4. Pricing & Payment

Quoted Pricing: Prices are based on the vehicle's standard size (Small/Medium Car, SUV, Large Truck/SUV). Additional charges may apply for excessively large vehicles or extreme interior filth.

Extra Services: All add-ons (headlight polish, etc.) must be agreed upon before the service begins.

Payment: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, and Major Digital Payment Apps.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 2 hours of service completion. We will return to address the concern at no extra charge, subject to inspection and verification.

6. Liability

Professional Care: Our team is trained and uses professional-grade products and techniques. We exercise the highest level of care.

Limitation of Liability: In the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or manufacturer defects.

Insurance: Pro Dry Wash is fully insured for general liability.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. We request a minimum of 4 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or "no-shows" may be subject to a fee of 50% of the booked service price.

8. Right to Refuse Service

For the safety and well-being of our team, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a vehicle is deemed to be in an unacceptable condition. This includes, but is not limited to, the presence of biohazardous materials, excessive infestations, or extreme filth that would make the service unsafe or unmanageable. Service may also be refused for abusive or threatening behavior towards our staff.

9. Weather Policy

For your safety and our ability to deliver a quality finish, we may need to reschedule if severe weather (heavy rain, high winds, lightning, or temperatures below 4°C / 40°F) is expected. We will contact you to reschedule. If inclement weather interrupts a service, we will pause and resume if possible, or reschedule the remainder of the service.

10. Pets & Children

For their safety and to allow our team to work without interruption, we kindly ask that pets and children are kept at a safe distance from the work area during the service.
